Use uintptr_t for chipaddr instead of unsigned long. uintptr_t-ify physmap functions. Add a bunch of new/tested stuff and various small changes 18. print.c: Fix multiline support. Rename Numonyx and ST (SGS/Thomson) chips to Micron. Differentiate ultimate error messages depending on programmer used.
