[PATCH] Fix clock setting in ft2232_spi driver

Hello,

Looks like set clock divisor command was called with random values
for divisor itself.

Patch below fixes it. Now my calls to flashrom work much faster :)

that was obviously my fault. i have no idea how that could happen (in
r1537), sorry. thank you very much for noticing! i have applied and
committed your patch in r1542.
