Flashrom Windows Port Status

Hi,

I've read over at http://flashrom.org/Downloads that the latest
Windows port only supports flashing via USB or FTDI. Downloaded from
Idwer's site and see that only flashing via both interfaces are
supported via libftdi.dll and libusb0_x86.dll.

I want to confirm whether this is exactly the latest status of the
Windows port?
