I try to read flash by the boot from usb-stick into non UEFI mode.
May be boot it in UEFY mode???

That most probably would not make any difference. The problem is the
flash descriptor that forbids host software to even read the ME region
(as flashrom has told you in its output). This is a common
configuration we are working on getting to work (cf. layout patch set
etc).
