when i programm internally, chip doesn't programm and bellow message show: I try to disable WP using "--wp-disable" feature but it doesn't have effect on programm flash. thanks to help me.

What is the exact command you are running?
Also note there is a message in the logs you copied:
At least some flash regions are write protected. For write operations, you should use a flash layout and include only writable regions. See manpage for more details.
