ok, that is a 256Mb chip that requires a new addressing scheme that flashrom does not support yet at all (and that's why the chip is not supported currently). It will take a while till we get the necessary patches merged but you could try to use them on top of the ch341a patches if you like... look for, e.g. "4-bytes addressing" in our mailing list archive. The information/patches are not really organized yet.
