that is a bit odd (at least to me). you have not mentioned which board
we are talking about all the time. please give us some details.

The BIOS is downloadable from Samsung Support site. Last version: 09CI

As you can see the BIOS file 09CIM060.wph has just a size of  1.613.930.
The dump from chip is 2.097.152.
