If you're changing the available decode window, you should adjust max_rom_decode.parallel (or can those things do LPC/FWH as well?) to match the code and to have flashrom warn about too big chips.

Disentangle the enables of unrelated but mostly compatible chipsets too, add some more debug output and set the max_rom_decode limits. Also, make warnings really only warnings.

AFAICS the AMD chipsets support LPC only, whereas the VIA chipsets support parallel only.
I have also changed the return value in case of the warning to be non-fatal.
