Gigabyte GA-Z97MX Gaming 5

Hello! Trying to make flashrom working on the Gigabyte GA-Z97MX Gaming
5 mainboard.
It has ITE IT8620E Super I/O chip, DualBIOS configuration, thus 2 MXIC
MX25L6473E chips.
