Log: Allow specifying CPPFLAGS
The user may know better which CFLAGS/CPPFLAGS are appropriate. Use FLASHROM_CFLAGS for flags which flashrom definitely needs to build.
Thanks to Stefan Tauner for pointing out the flaw in r1574.
