Flashrom patches that haven't been touched in 18 months or more

Here's a list of patches in the flashrom project that haven't been
touched in a while.  Someone might want to consider abandoning or
reviving them.
I'm abandoning the coreboot patches next week, but I'll let the
flashrom community decide how to take care of these.
