Indeed, ARM support is missing. I think it is mainy held back by libpci breakage for which we only have a really hackish workaround.
For what it's worth, when I tested the patch earlier it worked on ARM
with
that libpci hack.
The patch has been tested natively on FreeBSD, MinGW, Linux, DragonFlyBSD, with gcc and clang, cross-compiled with clang on Linux for Windows, cross-compiled with DJGPP on Linux for DOS, cross-compiled on Linux for MinGW, natively on Linux PowerPC, ....
