your mail got filtered because the attachment was too big. We have a
256KiB limit. I'll quote the relevant lines of the picture. Full message
below.

This means the currently running BIOS has disabled writes and prevents
flashrom from changing that setting.
There is one thing you can try: Sometimes, in the BIOS setup there's an
option to allow flashing. If present, it's usually something about `BIOS
protection` or `Flash protection` or something about updates.
