Flashing libreboot on x200 using a Shikra

Hi, I'm trying to flash libreboot to my x200 using a Shikra. When it gets to the "Erasing and writing flash chip" part, it seems to hang, but top shows that flashrom is still using a lot of the CPU. I left it for over 3 hours and it doesn't get any further than my logfile below. Would anyone be able to shed some light as to what might be going on here? I have die computer. My view is there problem at mobo (jetway MI5-G41SGMD3-LF). How can I flashrom on it while the computer doesnt reach bios mode ?. Please help me

Gigabyte H55M-S2H with 2 Macronix MX25L6465EM2I flash chips

Hello! I have Gigabyte H55M-S2H motherboard with 2 MX25L6465EM2I SPI flash chips, but now flashrom asks me to choose from 3 different chips: Multiple flash chip definitions match the detected chip(s): "MX25L6405(D)", "MX25L6406E/MX25L6436E", "MX25L6445E/MX25L6473E" Please specify which chip definition to use with the -c <chipname> option. I find chip datasheet where: http://www.datasheetarchive.com/dl/Datasheets-IS78/DSAH00369299.pdf In the table 6 (ID Definitions) of this datasheet we can see RDID=0x2017 1. Is it possible to use one of supposed chip or a new one? 2. Can you add comment about MX25L6465 in the flashchips.h after MX25L6405 or new definition in flashchips.c ? 3. Hi Carl, I found two applications for flashing ati cards. One it's executed under win environment and the other it's flashrom.exe and it works under DOS. Anyway the problem had been solved and i just wanted to know if flashrom has a native support for flashing video cards. Thank you very much for your kindness! Hi Alex, there is another tool called ati flashrom 2.40 which is unrelated to flashrom.org. Maybe the tool you're talking about is ati flashrom, not flashrom.org flashrom with video card patches.
