flashrom support for AMD AM4 X470 chipset ?

Hi, it has been quite some years since AM4 motherboards with X470 
chipset were new, but still flashrom refuses to work with mine.
With same response - that chipset is unrecognised.

I've sent the data ( output of lspci, board data etc),
but so far got no response.
So I wonder, is there some fundamental problem with X470 chipset ?
( Ryzen R7 2700x on MSI X470 Gaming Plus).
