flashrom write problem

Hi!
I have a problem with intel`s mini-itx desktop board D945GSEJT.
Flashrom can`t write BIOS into SPI flash.
I try DOS versions 0.9.7-r1760 and 0.9.4-r1452 (bacause i can`t download latest version by link http://buildbot.flashrom.org/buildresults/latest-build/dos/flashrom.exe) and linux version 1.0
ALL versions read flash contents ok.
