hey

this was ignored multiple times on IRC, so i hope i have more luck here.
i am not sure who has enough rights to do this, so sorry, if this is
spam for you.
i'd like to add linked footnotes into print_wiki.c which use a
mediawiki extension (the one you probably know from wikipedia):

right now we just print superscript numbers without links to the real
notes below the tables. i could hack those in manually too, but i think
the extension is probably a better idea?
