[flashrom] [PATCH] Board enable for MSI MS-6163 (MS-6163 Pro/BX Master)

Tested on an MS-6163 Pro.

This board has the same DMI-string and board enable as the "BX
Master". (Confirmed by downloading and taking apart the vendor BIOS.)
