so the answer in the meeting was that it's ok to share the wiki.
Flashrom-stable can have its own pages and an entry in the side
menu. If nobody objects, I'd also upload release tarballs to
download.flashrom.org in a separate dir, e.g. /flashrom-stable/releases/

How about linking release notes in the News timeline, would that
be ok, too?
