You can find a lot of similar parts in flashchips.c. Judging by the part number you gave, you'll want to look at 32Mbit "25" series SPI ROMs such as the AMIC A25, Atmel AT25, Eon EN25, Winbond W25, etc. Of course you will need to look at the Winbond 25Q32BVSIG datasheet for package type and voltage to ensure you buy a chip which you can actually swap (flash chips come in many package and voltage combinations).
In my experience it usually depends on who you plan on ordering from. In the US, Mouser Electronics and Digikey are often the best sources for these parts but often only carry one or two brands. But they are also very good about offering a variety of pin configurations and voltages.

Can you help me?
//Also, I'm planning to buy BusPirate. Is this good choice for newbie? _______________________________________________ flashrom mailing list flashrom@flashrom.org http://www.flashrom.org/mailman/listinfo/flashrom
