I assume it's more or less an oversight. It probably started with a
single file, then two, now it's three files that get installed. Maybe
it's just that nobody saw it necessary yet to add an `uninstall` target
for the few files.

If Meson doesn't provide that yet, it might be something for the Meson
project?
