[flashrom] flashrom Windows port

Hi,

what's the current state of the Windows port of flashrom (and DirectIO,
for that matter)?

I'm willing to review/merge/update anything which brings us closer, as
long as functionality on supported platforms is not affected.

Patches I'm talking about are:
