[flashrom] Flash failed on ASUS A8V-E, flash still intact

Hi,

tried flashing an ASUS A8V-E which didn't work. However, the flash rom
is still intact and the machine still boots fine.

Please see the attached logs of lspci -nnvvvxxx, superiotool -dV and
flashrom -V plus the output for the failed flash attempt.
