[flashrom] Flashrom Winbond W25Q64 Erase and write support works

Hello, flashrom team.
I just flashed on my P5Q deluxe motherboard with ICH10R SB EPPROM from my  
new ASRock p67 extreme4 board, it's Winbond W25Q64.
In your support table it's '?' for erase and write, so it works greatly.
Thank you for your util. But some binaries for dos can save time for users  
and increase popularity for you utility. That was too hard for me to  
install latest version on Ubuntu live USB.
