Hello Rogier,
I just checked, EN25Q128 is supported in the latest release 1.3, and from your logs you have 1.2 Is it possible for you to upgrade flashrom to the latest version?

Hi,
I have a bunch of EN25Q128 here. The CH341 programmer that I bought recognizes it as 16Mbyte, but ... not "recognized".
So attached is the output of -VV as requested.
Let me know if I can be of any more help. Ah! I'll include the datasheet.
(My finger still hurts: I wanted to make sure it was correctly seated in the clip that I have.... No BBQ sounds, but definitively hot. I think I checked the orientation, but... Anyway. First chip redirected to the bin, second chip gives the attached results!).
Roger.
