Hi, thanks for the great tool. Just wanted to let you know that the ASUS m4A79T was compatible.
Thanks, we updated the status in the wiki!
When rebooting there was an error "Asus Express Gate - Installation Failed blah". Flashing again with the BIOS setup flasher made it go away. It's not something I'm that interested in anyways: http://www.brighthub.com/computing/hardware/articles/30617.aspx
Is this why your subject says "partially" compatible? This is not directly a flashrom problem per se, the board looks fully supported from a flashrom point of view as the WRITE operation (which includes an ERASE) worked fine and said VERIFIED.

Flash image seems to be a legacy BIOS. Disabling checks. Writing flash chip... Erasing flash before programming... Erasing flash chip... SUCCESS. done. Programming flash done. COMPLETE. Verifying flash... VERIFIED.

Just for reference, could you please also post the output of the following tools:
- lspci -nnvvvxxx
- superiotool -deV
(superiotool is available from http://www.coreboot.org/Superiotool, but there are also Debian/Ubuntu packages).
