Thanks for your report!
I have marked the flash chip as supported for probing and reading and
will commit that later.

The problem with erase could be a timing issue. I don't know the
parallel code enough to suggest any tweaks, but you could compare the
datasheet with the contents of erase_block_82802ab in 82802ab.c until
someone else looks into it.
