[flashrom] Support for Winbond W25Q256JVFQ

Hi,

I noticed W25Q256FV is supported by flashrom, but I'd like to reflash 
W25Q256JVFQ (used by Supermicro X11DAi-N). It also uses ID 4019, but 
does not support QPI.

My programmer is a custom board connected to a Raspi3 using SPI 
interface. Any idea how to get it running?
