This is quite normal. It should either be gone automatically on further boots or after you have saved the BIOS settings as Paul explained.
I have added the P5L-VM 1394 board to our list of supported boards (I believe that the hardware is identical and only the DMI strings of some versions of the firmware have the barebone name as suffix) and will commit that later with other small changes.
