flashrom v0.9.9-r1954
The reports for such an old flashrom version usually do not count. If your old Linux doesn't provide a newer version at repositories, please build it by yourself - following the instructions from a flashrom wiki. It's quite easy and you'll have the latest flashrom version, with the support for more chips and important bug fixes.
