I wanted to add two more FAQs here.
#5 Do I need to create an account anywhere?
No, you can join without an account. Also you can view and comment on the meeting doc without an account.
#6 How do I add a topic to the agenda?
Add comments/suggestions on the meeting doc, and they will be accepted shortly after.
