Did you use a external power supply?

Which flasher did you use?

Anyway, sometimes this happens, and it's not all lost - try booting the
system, the firmware might be alright. Maybe reflash it with the
internal flasher, for extra safety, or read the content of the flash and
compare checksums if you can boot it.
