[flashrom] SST25VF064C on GE Intelligent Platforms CR12/VR12/EC12 board family

Hi,

the SST25VF064C is still marked as untested for WRITE in r1320.

I have tested it on our CR12/VR12/EC12 board family and found it fully
working (see attached logs).
