Stefan,
First, it's no bother at all. I think the work you guys are doing is awesome. As a system admin, I think the tools you guys are creating are priceless.
I can confirm that this particular board is the X8DTU-6TF+http://www.supermicro.com/products/motherboard/QPI/5500/X8DTU_.cfm?TYP=SAS&LAN=10(with the Intel 82599 based 10GbE interfaces onboard).
I do not have any X8DTU-6F+, but I do have other X8DTx boards to test with, including X8DTU-F, X8DTU-LN4F+, X8DTi-LN4F and X8DTH-iF. If you need data from any of these boards, let me know.
Thanks, Scott

we are working on that but dont expect it to be working soon. i'll add the board to our list of (un)supported boards.
hi
sorry to bug you again, but uwe noticed a discrepancy in your report. the DMI strings name the board "X8DTU-6+", which seems to not exist and which might be just a designation for a series/number of boards. you mentioned "X8DTU-6TF+" in the subject line, which does exist.
there is also a "X8DTU-6F+" which could be easily confused with the "X8DTU-6TF+" and presumably be a also member of the "X8DTU-6+" series.
the version with a T (6TF+) has a 10GbE interface on board, which the one without (6F+) lacks. can you confirm you have a "X8DTU-6TF+" please? -- Kind regards/Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Stefan Tauner
