[flashrom] Abit IS7-E2 (Intel ICH5) / Winbond W39V040FA

Hi,

I have tested flashrom r1129 on an Abit IS7-E2 board with Winbond
W39V040FA flash. Probe and read works. Unfortunately write and erase
fails. (Perhaps a board enable is needed?)
