[flashrom] W25Q16BVSSIG - pico-serprog

Hello,
I have a W25Q16BVSSIG chip which I can read and write successfully with
flashrom. However, the chip is not natively supported.
Attached is the output of the flashrom command.

Let me know if there is anything I could help with to have this one added
to the list of natively supported chips.
