Suggestion - add minor version number to banner

I was wondering if we could add a minor version number to the banner. It would mean instead of see "OpenBIOS v1.1", what would be printed is "OpenBIOS v1.1.x". I think this would help distinguish added features to a particular binary easier than how we do things now.
