Fixes for 'int' use

Hi,

This patch contains some fixes to use of 'int' instead of cell types. I'm 
not totally confident about all changes, but at least Sparc32 works as 
before and Sparc64 unix version actually works!

any reason for removing all consts in forth.c?

I committed the patch excluding the forth.c changes.
