[PATCH] prep: fix start address of PCI memory region

PCI devices having memory BARs are now accessed at the right address.
This at least fixes the QEMU video card, which is now able to display
the OpenBIOS prompt.

Have you checked this against SVN trunk? host_mem_base is now called 
host_pci_base to better explain its purpose :)
