SVN to github migration

Hello,

The links on the pages

https://www.openfirmware.org/Open_Firmware
https://www.openfirmware.org/SmartFirmware
https://www.openfirmware.org/OpenBOOT

seem to be broken since the SVN to github migration. I think these are now 
at https://github.com/openbios but the above pages should also be updated 
to point to there instead.

Indeed, thanks for pointing this out - I've now updated the SVN links on the pages
above to point to github instead.
