QEMU 2.1 soft freeze approaching...

Hi all,

The proposed date for QEMU 2.1 release soft freeze is 17th June. As I'm 
away for several days over next weekend, I'd like to send a pull request 
on the evening of 11th June. Please can we make sure that any 
outstanding patches have been applied by early next week for testing?

Sadly I didn't get the chance to do this before I went away, however 
after several hours testing today (including chasing down the macio 
issue) I don't see any further regressions caused by OpenBIOS and so 
will send a pull request shortly.
