Quilt-ified patches

Hi,

I finally learnt how to use Quilt to manage patches. The previous patch is 
now in several parts, which should be easier to handle.

The order of applying should be:
autocrosscflags.diff
vga.diff
cleanup.diff
console-nographic.diff
64_bit_fixes.diff
