Note that the patch to interpreter.fs is a temporary measure pending a fix that Mark is writing, and that RTAS must be disabled for the OS to boot.
Just for the archives: I believe in the end that we didn't need to change anything related to RTAS (and it's disabled by default for PPC) so there is actually no change here.
