[OpenBIOS] What happened to recent SVN commit e-mails

Since Fri, 11 May 2007, starting with r371, I no longer get a proper
date on the e-mail. Most recently r395 still exhibits this defect.

This happened before with r101 thru r109, r112 and r113 on Mon, 30 Oct
2006.

Not that I am tragically affected by this, it just would be nice to have
them sort by date properly.
