[OpenBIOS] qemu/openbios boot failure - gcc-4.4 problem?

Hi,

openbios r463 built with gcc-4.4 doesn't boot:

with gcc-4.3 works just fine.

Could someone perhaps compare the gcc-4.4 build[1] to a working build
and confirm that its a mis-compilation?
