This patch modifies mac-parts to continue reading partitions even when
encountering an APPLE_VOID entry. An APPLE_VOID entry is just place
holder allowing another partition to be inserted without rewriting the
whole partition table (see Inside Macintosh books, Volume 2 or 4). So
it can be safely ignored, meaning there is no reason to stop at an
APPLE_VOID entry.
