That can't be the primary bootloader on blocks 1-15 of the disk, since that has to be specifically 7680 bytes long.

Forth Openboot came in with SPARCs (at least on the Sparcstation 1, don't know about the Sun 4/260). The 68000 generation used something called Sunboot, as I recall.
