These seem to be local words, that would be contained in any( Apple ) Fcode Option Rom for a video device.
They exist (as methods) in any PCI bus node, at least on systems that implement the PCI bus binding (see https://www.devicetree.org/open-firmware/bindings/pci/pci2_1.pdf ). Not specific to Apple :-)
