4f434154 is. Character constant 'OCAT', maybe a fourcc, or a part of a string.
Would you have a link to any documentation about this OCAT? If OCAT is just a string, then it shouldn't be executing as an opcode, right?
As I said, it is either a fourcc or a piece of a string, overwritten over something else. If I had to guess, "OCAT" is a part of "lOCATion".
