James,
btw, I would like to start researching this immediately. I am developing a clone of the popular GLTron, but with a home-grown C++ API. With a little luck, it should be a hit game. d:-)
All the best, Gavin.

Hi there,
I would like to write my own simple BIOS functions for controlling the
SVGA
CRT directly. With a bit of luck, this should form part of a computer system, (Intel compatible), that boots straight into a GUI.
Does anyone wish to help me with this project?
All the best, Gavin.
